Questions Occupational Therapists Ask

  • Can families adequately homeschool their children with special needs?
  • Is there a role for OTs within the homeschool day?
  • Are there enough homeschool families that we need to specifically learn about it?
  • Is there evidence and research to support homeschooling?
  • Does homeschooling impact OT treatment?
  • Do homeschool families adequately address their kids social needs?
  • The answer to all of these questions is yes.  We are here to partner with you to learn about this and to help you build your practice to help homeschool families!

Ways We Serve Occupational Therapists

  • We promote OT as a profession- Follow weekly themes combining occupational therapy and homeschooling on Instagram and Facebook.
  • We highlight specific OTs via marketing Monday- Join the Facebook group for discussion, education, and marketing including weekly posts where you can promote your products, curriculums, or practices every Monday.
  • We answer all the questions about OT and homeschooling via the course Homeschool Context and Treatment ideas.
  • We refer clients to OTs in each state after providers have taken the course.  Fill those middle of the day slots with homeschool families.
